Well it's all up to you, Katara. I'm already here, you know.

[The soft whistle of the kettle can be heard. Tea's almost ready, Katara.]

[waterbends]

[ And shortly after, there'll be a knock at her door. ]

[feel_nevermore]

It's open, Katara. Kitchen's the second door on your right.

[She starts pouring tea into the mugs.]

[waterbends]

[ And Katara pads in, just moving to stand in the doorway of the kitchen and smile a little at Raven as she pours the tea. ]

Sorry if I woke you.

[feel_nevermore]

You didn't. I couldn't sleep.

[She sits down and motions for Katare to take a seat too.] Wanna talk about it?

[waterbends]

Yeah. Yeah, I do, but.. not right now. Can we talk about you for a little while?

[feel_nevermore]

[Well Raven doesn't like talking about herself. But this is Katara, so.] Alright.

I've been thinking about your suggestion. You know when you said I should re-open that school like I did during the ten years event. I've found a good place for that. And Zero is helping me restore it.

[She had initially planned to make this a surprise for Katara. But it looks like she needs some kind of cheering up.]

[waterbends]

[ That catches her by surprise-- but then Katara is beaming suddenly, smile wide and sincere. ]

Good! I mean it-- good! You can really make a difference, Raven, I've seen it. [ She's gone from slumped to near gushing at the news. ] If you need help, or just- anything! You know we're in, right?

[feel_nevermore]

[Raven smiles a bit at her reaction.] I hope you're right. But I guess it's worth a try anyway.


[She nods.] I've already hired Zero to help me restore the building. [Which is kinda weird since he was already dead back then.] But you can come and give a hand anyway. Of course, I also expect you to come teach there when it actually re-opens, right?

[waterbends]

You won't be able to keep me away.

[ This really has made her happy to hear. ]

Whatever you need me for, Raven, alright?

[feel_nevermore]

Alright.

[Raven's glad it has. She keeps silent for a moment.]

So... what about you?

[[ooc: I'm going to update the map to indicate that Raven's working at the school. Zero and Sanae are working there with her. Want me to add Katara as well?]]

Aang is here. Jet's upset, Aang's upset.. I don't know how to make everyone happy. Same old, I guess.

[ OOC: Please! ]

What if you tried to make yourself happy for once?

...Making you happy should be Jet and Aang's priority as well. And they should be smart enough to get being angry at each other will not achieve that.

[waterbends]

[ Katara rubs her face with both hands. ]

How is this the hardest thing to happen to me in a long time?

[feel_nevermore]

[A smirk.] Maybe you're just too pretty for your own good.

[But hey, Raven's been in the same situation before so she can tell her sister something.] You've got to choose and tell them who you've chosen. They'll respect your decision. ...I'm not saying they'll manage to get along but at least, they should stop fighting each other.

[waterbends]

Aang doesn't have it in him to fight too long. Jet, on the other hand.. I just hope he doesn't burn himself out.

[ Katara wrinkles her nose at Raven. ]

Adstring. Bluh.

[feel_nevermore]

Hmm.

[Tell her about it. But at leat she was able to meet people like Katara in this place. So there are some good sides at least. And she doesn't regret any of her love stories even if they made her life much more complicated. So she's persuaded things will end up fine for her sister too.]
